Refund Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, no refunds or exchanges are available.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not.
Exchanges

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and if still unresolved, email us at Orders@MBASupply.com.
Shipping
Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Return items to: 847 E 52nd St, Brooklyn, NY, 11203. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times may vary based on location.
Returns
- 30-day return/exchange window from the purchase date
- Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging
- Customers pay return shipping unless the product is defective
- 20% restocking fee may apply to certain returns
- Special order/custom-made products are non-returnable.
