Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment: We accept payments in credit or debit card and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We can offer special payment terms to customers upon their request and approval.

  2. Delivery: We offer convenient delivery options for our valued customers. For orders over $150 within our service area, a nominal $10 delivery fee applies. Orders under $150 will incur a $20 delivery fee. Deliveries outside our service area will have shipping costs calculated based on the location and product weight, with delivery timelines communicated during the checkout process.
    Additionally, we provide a complimentary option for customers to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse location.

  3. Reporting: Claims, shortages, or delivery-related issues should be reported within 48 hours of receipt for efficient handling. It's important to note that matters reported after this timeframe may not be addressed.

  4. Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their orders at any time prior to product delivery, with the exception of special products that are non-cancellable and non-returnable. In the event of a post-delivery cancellation, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Returns: We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs unless the product is found to have manufacturing defects or transportation damage. Please be aware that certain returns may incur a 20% restocking fee. Kindly note that special order items or custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

  6. Warranties: When possible, we provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for all our products. For more detailed information, please contact our customer service.

  7. Privacy: At our company, we hold customer privacy in the highest regard and refrain from sharing their personal information with third parties without explicit authorization. The data we collect will exclusively be utilized for order processing and delivering customer support.

  8. Security Policy: We have implemented rigorous security measures to ensure the protection of our customers' personal information, including contact details and payment information.

  9. Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality products, it's important to note that we cannot accept responsibility for damages arising from improper product use, customer negligence, or manufacturer-related issues.

  10. Customer Service: Our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you during the following hours: Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 2 pm. You can reach out to us via phone, email, or WhatsApp to inquire about information or seek technical support.

  3. Issue Resolution: If there is any problem with the purchase or product, we commit to resolving it quickly and efficiently. If it is not possible to solve the problem immediately, we will inform the customer about the steps we will take to resolve the issue and provide regular updates.
